Our sausage filling and hanging system adopts an advanced multi-servo control system, which has the following functions and advantages:

1. The filling speed, kinking speed, and hanging quantity can be adjusted arbitrarily;

2. The whole system is suitable for different kinds of casings, including collagen casings, natural casings, cellulose casings, etc.;

3. The diameter and length of the sausage can be adjusted to meet the needs of different products.

4. Food grade 304 stainless steel material, prolong the service life, the body can be washed directly, without fear of electrical damage.

The reason why the vacuum filling machine can achieve precise quantitative control is that in addition to the fine processing of the core components and avoiding unnecessary tolerances, another important factor is that it adopts an advanced servo control system.

The pulse signal sent from the controller is transmitted to the servo driver of the lower computer to realize the stepless speed regulation operation of the equipment, so that the quantification of the filling machine can be accurate to ±1.5g (paste).

With the touch screen operating system, the selection of functions and the setting of parameters can be realized efficiently and quickly.

Different from the traditional manual method of sorting sausages, the automatic sausage hanging system can get rid of manual labor and realize automatic production.

Also thanks to the precise positioning advantages of the servo system, the sausage suspension system can set the number of sorted sausages, the distance between intervals,and the speed, etc.
